RSS initials come form the English words Really Simple Syndication (or Rich Site Summary) and they represent a prototype based on the XML language enabling easy and fast content offer such as news titles, announcements etc.

How do I read an RSS Feed?
Current browsers, for example Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2, support RSS prototype and their content is displayed on your monitor. You can also store the web address of RSS feed at "My Favorites" or "Bookmarks" for easier access to "HERMES" news. Alternatively, you can use any Internet service for displaying RSS feeds, such as Google reader or download specialized management programs.
