Procedure and required documents for the practice of the profession of dental technician
Citizens visit the KEP of their choice to submit an application form - solemn declaration regarding the practice of the profession of dental technician submitting the required documentation.
Step 2: The KEP employee receives and checks the documents that are submitted by the citizen. If, during check, a missing or incomplete document is discovered, the employee informs the citizen and refrains from submitting the Application.
Step 3: The Kep employee hands to the citizen a request submission certificate in which the number of the request file is written.
Step 4: The KEP Employee sends to the competent Authority the file of the case (which includes both the application and the supporting documents)
Step 5: The competent Authority will check if the legal requirements are met based on the documents submitted. After 3 months have passed without the competent Authority having prohibited its exercise, it is presumed that the profession shall be practiced freely (art. 3 of L 3919/2011, OG 32/A/2.3.2011). If a person, in the above case of tacit approval, has requested an Attestation from the competent Authority by virtue of paragr. 4 of Article 10 of Law 3230/2004 (OG 44/A/11-2-2004 ), he/she may receive it in the way he/she has set.
Citizens whose applications have successfully been processed by the competent Authority and if they have requested the issuing of an Attestation of announcement concerning the practice of the profession of dental technician and have declared a KEP / EKE as a recepient , visit the KEP and receive the Attestation.
